About Jira Data
Jira tracks issues and sprints, but a Gantt-style timeline of epics or stories for a stakeholder update usually means a paid plugin or a manual drawing. CleanChart does not connect to Jira; export the issues you want as CSV (Issues → Export → CSV, all fields) and upload the file. The chart needs a start date and an end date per issue: Jira's Due date works as the end, and the Start date field (or Created, if you accept that as a start) as the start. Summary becomes the task name; Sprint, Assignee or Epic can group the bars.
One caveat worth knowing before you export: an issue with no dates cannot be drawn. Filter to issues that carry both dates, or fill them in Jira first, and the chart is ready in seconds.
